Role Description

  • The Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales activities, developing revenue growth strategies, and managing sales performance to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships
  • Leading and motivating the sales team by setting performance expectations, providing coaching, and monitoring results
  • Managing the sales pipeline: identifying prospects, qualifying opportunities, negotiating agreements, and closing deals

  • Overseeing sales forecasting, budget planning, CRM systems, and reporting
