Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve monthly sales targets
- Drive sales performance across Off Plan and Secondary market properties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to ensure high productivity and professional growth
- Maintain strong relationships with developers, property owners, and clients
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic guidance to the team
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Dubai real estate sales experience in both Off Plan and Secondary markets
- Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team with a strong track record of achieving monthly targets
- Ability to join with an existing team of property consultants is highly preferred
- Excellent knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, developers, and current trends
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Valid UAE driving license and RERA certification
- Multilingual Preferred

Real Estate Sales Manager
- We are looking for an experienced and results driven Real Estate Sales Manager to join our growing team in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in both Off Plan and Secondary Market sales and preferably be able to join along with an existing team of property consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve monthly sales targets.
