Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Dubai.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading sales efforts, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
This individual will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve revenue goals.
The role involves setting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and preparing reports to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and achieving sales targets
- Strong interpersonal, Communication, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Strategic Thinking, Market Analysis, and decision-making capabilities
- Experience in the events or exhibitions industry is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; ability to create sales presentations
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with diverse teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
