About the Role
Red C Media is hiring a Digital AdTech Sales Manager for their Dubai HQ. The role involves selling programmatic and data-driven adtech solutions to global media agencies and brands, owning the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities
- Build and grow relationships with global media agencies and direct brand advertisers
- Lead the full sales cycle – prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closing, and after sales growth
- Represent and position our adtech, programmatic, and data solutions across multiple verticals
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure flawless campaign delivery
- Develop a strong pipeline, forecast revenue, and hit ambitious targets
- Stay plugged into the MENA adtech ecosystem and identify new opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in digital media / adtech sales (programmatic, DSPs, SSPs, data, measurement, etc.)
- Proven track record in managing and expanding relationships with media agencies and brand marketers
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, audience data, and measurement tools
- Existing network in the UAE / MENA agency & brand ecosystem is a big plus
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation & presentation skills
- Goal oriented, self starter, and ready to thrive in a fast moving scale up environment

The Role
- An opportunity to join one of the most dynamic adtech ecosystems in MENA and take charge of growing our portfolio.
- You’ll be responsible for representing our full adtech stack to agencies and brands across the UAE and wider region, driving revenue growth, and smashing targets (with a competitive bonus & commission system).
