- Identify and acquire new corporate and catering clients
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and key accounts
- Generate leads through networking, meetings, and market research
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Coordinate with restaurant operations to ensure successful order execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
- Represent the restaurant at business meetings and networking events
- Achieve monthly and annual sales objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in hospitality, restaurant, catering, or food service industry
- Knowledge of the Dubai market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid UAE driving licence
- English (Required)
- Arabic or Hindi/Bengali (Preferred)

Job Summary
- Aminia Restaurant is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to develop business opportunities and increase corporate and catering sales across Dubai.
- The ideal candidate has strong sales experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry and can build long term relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, travel partners, and other business customers.
