- Experience leading, coaching, and managing high performing sales teams across multiple territories or channels
- Strong background in B2B sales and business development, key account management, distributor management, and retail sales development
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement effective commercial strategies
