Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify enterprise level prospects in mall development, F&B operator groups, and hospitality
- Develop compelling proposals, BOQs, and financial models for fitout projects
- Manage end to end negotiations with clients, developers, architects, and consultants
- Build and maintain long term relationships with key decision makers and industry stakeholders
- Lead pre contract site meetings, technical walkthroughs, and design alignment sessions
- Ensure smooth contract closure and project handover coordination
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Understand margins, advance payments, and commercial dispute resolution
- Provide market feedback to leadership on competitor positioning and client trends
Requirements
- 5+ years in retail fitout, F&B/restaurant fitout, or commercial contracting
- Proven track record closing fitout deals in the AED 300K–2M+ range
- Strong existing network in mall development, F&B operators, or hospitality groups
- Deep understanding of fitout workflows: design → procurement → installation → snagging
- Experience managing project timelines, margins, and commercial terms
- Proficiency in MS Excel (BOQ modeling) and proposal writing
- Fluent in English; Arabic preferred
- Valid UAE driving license
