As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our team, strengthen performance, and shape the next stage of our growth.
Role Overview
The **Sales Manager** will be responsible for driving revenue while leading and developing a high-performing team of property consultants.
This role requires a strong leader with solid Dubai market knowledge, a proven sales track record, and the ability to create structure, accountability, and momentum across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales strategy in line with company growth goals
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Monitor team performance, deal flow, and lead quality
- Build strong relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partners
- Support consultants in negotiations and closing high-value transactions
- Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
- Set clear KPIs, targets, and performance standards
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, and team meetings
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and strong client service
- Ensure all activity aligns with RERA and Dubai Land Department compliance standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation, and communication skills
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
