As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our team, strengthen performance, and shape the next stage of our growth.

Role Overview

The **Sales Manager** will be responsible for driving revenue while leading and developing a high-performing team of property consultants.

This role requires a strong leader with solid Dubai market knowledge, a proven sales track record, and the ability to create structure, accountability, and momentum across the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales strategy in line with company growth goals
  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Monitor team performance, deal flow, and lead quality
  • Build strong relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partners
  • Support consultants in negotiations and closing high-value transactions
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Set clear KPIs, targets, and performance standards
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, and team meetings
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and strong client service
  • Ensure all activity aligns with RERA and Dubai Land Department compliance standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
