Generate new business opportunities and manage a portfolio of existing clients.
Drive revenue growth for label sticker printing and related services.
Prospect and qualify leads, conduct sales meetings and presentations.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and contracts in alignment with company policies.
Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure accurate order specifications and delivery timelines.
Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, provide sales forecasts.
Contribute to sales strategies and marketing initiatives that support business development.

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in printing, packaging, or related manufacturing industries.
Strong new business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
Ability to build and maintain long term client relationships through regular communication and reliable follow up.
Solid understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and use of CRM tools to manage opportunities.
Comfort working with pricing, quotations, and basic commercial calculations to prepare accurate proposals.
Familiarity with printing or label production processes is an advantage, with willingness to learn technical details.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple client requirements simultaneously.
Customer focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high service standards and resolving issues proactively.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Ability to work on site in Dubai, travel locally for client visits, and adapt to a fast paced environment.
