Responsibilities
- Own and grow relationships with existing and new banking partners across the UAE
- Drive new business development by identifying, pitching, and closing partnerships with retail and commercial banks
- Act as the primary point of contact for bank product, digital, and partnership teams
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial introduction to contract signing
- Develop and execute a clear pipeline and revenue plan for FLUX
- Work closely with operations and product teams to ensure successful onboarding and performance of bank partners
- Represent Oxygen Global and FLUX at industry events, client meetings, and internal reviews
Requirements
- 6–10 years of sales or business development experience in banking, fintech, or financial services (UAE/GCC experience strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of selling to and managing relationships with banks at mid to senior management level
- Strong understanding of retail banking products, digital onboarding, and partnership models
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self driven, target oriented, and comfortable in a fast moving startup like environment
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

Overview

- FLUX is already live with two leading banks in the UAE and is now being expanded across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow relationships with existing and new banking partners across the UAE.
- Drive new business development by identifying, pitching, and closing partnerships with retail and commercial banks.
