The Sales Manager for the Loans Department is responsible for driving loan sales growth, managing a team of sales executives, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.
This role involves developing sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the loans sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for personal, business, or mortgage loans
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and partners
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Oversee loan application processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies
- Collaborate with credit, risk, and operations teams to streamline loan approvals
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
- EXPERIENCE - Should have atleast 3 years of UAE experience in the Loan feild.
- Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per hour
