- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate revenue across LED screen rentals, audio-visual equipment, furniture, and event infrastructure
- Build and maintain a strong client pipeline within corporate events, exhibitions, trade shows, and related industries
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing long-term client relationships
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate an initial team comprising three technicians and one sales executive
- Gradually build and scale the sales team in line with business growth objectives
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery and high client satisfaction
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and evolving client requirements to position the company effectively
- Achieve and exceed defined sales targets, contributing directly to overall business expansion
