The Role

  • Seeking Dubai based, hunter focused Account Executives/Sales Managers for face to face, relationship driven sales.
  • Targeting high performing SaaS sales professionals with enterprise B2B and complex sales experience.

What You'll Do

  • Own full cycle sales from prospecting to closing, focusing on new logo acquisition and account expansion.
  • Develop pipeline of high value opportunities through networking, events, and in person interactions.
  • Sell to C suite, VP level, and trading desks, articulating business case and ROI.
  • Quarterback a virtual account team coordinating with pre sales, customer success, and marketing.
  • Utilize value selling methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN) to align solutions with customer pain points.
  • Structure and negotiate complex, multi product deals.
  • Develop territory strategy to maximize penetration into energy commodity trading market.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts using HubSpot and sales analytics tools.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in financial services, commodities, or energy markets.
  • Proven track record of hunting, closing, and expanding complex, high value deals.
  • Strong knowledge of value based selling frameworks (MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN).
  • Experience quarterbacking cross functional virtual teams.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • C suite capable communicator.
  • Strong face to face networking and relationship building skills.
  • Based in Dubai, able to be in office 3 4 days a week and travel frequently.
