Timbercraft is seeking a Sales Manager to lead its veneer and decorative surface materials division in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Supervise and support a team of sales officers, providing guidance and training
- Build strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and furniture manufacturers
- Provide customers with technical insights on products such as natural, dyed & artificial veneers, laminates, MDF, plywood, and decorative panels
- Identify new markets and growth opportunities; participate in exhibitions and trade shows
- Handle key accounts, lead major negotiations, and close high value deals
- Liaise with procurement, logistics, and accounts to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
- Monitor team KPIs, prepare sales performance reports, and analyze market trends
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in sales management within the veneer, wood, or surface material industry in the UAE
- Strong contacts in the fit out, interior, and contracting industry
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring a sales team
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- UAE driving license required

Job Summary
- Sales Manager to lead the veneer and decorative surface materials division (Timbercraft) in Dubai.
- Must have 5+ years of sales experience in the wood, veneer, laminates, or decorative panels industry within the UAE/GCC region.
- Responsible for building sales strategy, leading the team, and driving business growth through B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Supervise and support a team of sales officers, providing guidance and training to ensure performance.
- Build strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and furniture manufacturers to generate and retain business.
- Provide customers with technical insights on products: Natural, Dyed & Artificial Veneers; Laminates, MDF, Plywood, and Decorative Panels; Wrapped Veneers and other surface solutions.
- Identify new markets and growth opportunities; actively participate in exhibitions and trade shows.
- Handle key accounts, lead major negotiations, and close high value deals.
- Liaise with procurement, logistics, and accounts to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Monitor team KPIs, prepare sales performance reports, and analyze market trends.
Requirements
