Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in the UAE real estate market.
The ideal candidate will not only lead sales operations but also bring an established, high-performing team.
This role is suited for someone with strong leadership skills, deep market knowledge, and a track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of real estate sales professionals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the UAE real estate sector
- Ensure team targets are met and exceeded consistently
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in UAE real estate sales
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Ability to bring an existing sales team is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of UAE property laws and market trends
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
