Responsibilities
- Drive unit sales for residential projects including off plan and ready properties
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads through calls, site visits, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
- Conduct property presentations and site tours for prospective buyers
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain up to date knowledge of project inventory, pricing, and payment plans
- Coordinate with marketing team on campaigns, events, and activations
- Manage end to end sales process from initial inquiry to SPA signing
- Ensure accurate CRM data entry and timely follow ups
- Represent the brand at property exhibitions, roadshows, and investor events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 0 2 years of experience in real estate sales or client facing sales role
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Fluency in English mandatory; Arabic or additional languages a plus
- Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately

Job Description
- Al Tareq Star Real Estate Development is a fast growing real estate developer based in Dubai, delivering premium residential communities.
- We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Manager to join our high performance sales team.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive unit sales for residential projects including off plan and ready properties
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads through calls, site visits, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
- Conduct property presentations and site tours for prospective buyers
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain up to date knowledge of project inventory, pricing, and payment plans
- Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns, events, and activations
- Manage the end to end sales process from initial inquiry to SPA signing
- Ensure accurate CRM data entry and timely follow ups with all prospects
- Represent the brand at property exhibitions, roadshows, and investor events
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Valid U.A.E. driving license preferred
Experience Required
- 0–2 years of experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or a client facing sales role
- Prior experience in the U.A.E. real estate market is a strong advantage
- Fresh graduates with exceptional drive and communication skills are welcome to apply
Skills Required
- Understanding of Dubai real estate regulations, RERA, and DLD processes
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management tools
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of off plan sales processes and payment plan structures
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing ability
- Self motivated with a target driven mindset
- Professional presentation and client management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Team player with a collaborative attitude
Additional Requirements
- Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately
