Responsibilities
- Oversee sales activities for HVAC and refrigeration solutions

- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals
- Negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and after sales teams
- Monitor market trends and achieve sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and support marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation
- Customer relationship and account management skills
- Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Planning and analytical skills, including forecasting, market analysis, and performance reporting
- Communication and presentation skills
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or technical sales in the GCC region is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit client sites

Role Description
- The Sales Manager will oversee sales activities for HVAC and refrigeration solutions, focusing on business development and client relationship management in Doha.
- This full time, on site role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, preparing and presenting technical and commercial proposals, and negotiating contracts.
- The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and after sales teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements and service standards.
- Responsibilities also include monitoring market trends, achieving sales targets, preparing sales reports, and supporting marketing initiatives that promote the company’s products and services.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation.
- Candidates should possess customer relationship and account management skills, including client communication, needs assessment, and follow up.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems, including basic technical understanding and the ability to interpret specifications.
- Candidates should possess planning and analytical skills, including forecasting, market analysis, and performance reporting.
- Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to deliver professional proposals.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or technical sales in the GCC region is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with a valid driver’s license and willingness to visit client sites as needed.
