The Sales Manager – Cybersecurity Solutions will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling the company’s cybersecurity products and services across Qatar.
The role requires a strong background in cybersecurity solutions, consultative selling, and client relationship management.
The ideal candidate will combine technical understanding of cybersecurity with proven sales expertise to develop new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and achieve sales targets in a competitive market.
1. Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for cybersecurity products and services in Qatar.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across enterprise, government, and SME sectors.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings to understand cybersecurity needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
3. Cybersecurity Solutions Selling
- Promote a range of cybersecurity solutions including threat protection, risk assessment, network security, cloud security, and compliance services.
- Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to design customized solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers aligned with client requirements.
4. Market Intelligence & Positioning
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging cybersecurity threats.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve service offerings and pricing strategies.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships and strategic alliances in the cybersecurity space.
5. Tendering & Proposal Management
- Manage RFPs, RFQs, and tender submissions for cybersecurity projects.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure accurate and competitive proposals.
- Ensure timely submission and compliance with client requirements.
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 6–7 years of proven sales experience in cybersecurity or IT solutions, preferably in Qatar or GCC region.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, frameworks, and industry challenges.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing enterprise clients.
- Experience in solution-based and consultative selling.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong network within Qatar enterprise or government sectors is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Qatar cybersecurity regulations and compliance standards is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
