Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for InShield's cybersecurity and Managed SASE solutions
- Prospect, qualify leads, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure
- Collaborate with technical and consulting teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored proposals
- Maintain a healthy pipeline, conduct product demos, and prepare sales forecasts and reports
- Nurture relationships with key accounts and engage with partners within the vendor ecosystem
- Stay current on cybersecurity trends and competitive offerings to effectively position services
Requirements
- Strong consultative sales and account management skills in B2B technology or cybersecurity markets
- Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts such as SASE, network security, cloud security, and cyber risk management
- Experience in solution selling, including working with pre sales engineers and delivering client presentations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Relevant cybersecurity or sales certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP) are an advantage
- Prior experience in cybersecurity or managed services sales and familiarity with Middle East or UAE market highly beneficial
- A minimum of 15 years in the field of Network and Cyber Security is a must

Role Description
- The Sales Manager – Cybersecurity Practice is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.
- Responsible for driving sales growth for InShield’s cybersecurity and Managed SASE solutions, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing the full sales cycle.
- Collaborate closely with technical and consulting teams to understand client requirements, develop tailored proposals, and present solution architectures.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline, conduct product demos, prepare sales forecasts and reports, nurture relationships with key accounts, and engage with partners.
- Stay current on cybersecurity trends and competitive offerings to effectively position InShield’s services.
Qualifications
- Strong consultative sales and account management skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and deal negotiation in B2B technology or cybersecurity markets.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and solutions such as SASE, network security, cloud security, and cyber risk management.
- Experience in solution selling, including working with pre sales engineers to develop proposals, delivering client presentations, and supporting proof of concept engagements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage C level decision makers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong analytical skills to prepare forecasts, reports, and market insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment, demonstrating adaptability, professional integrity, and a focus on customer success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant cybersecurity or sales certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in cybersecurity or managed services sales and familiarity with the Middle East or UAE market will be highly beneficial.
