  • Provides B2B services for converting digital assets to fiat for global merchants.
  • Focus on high risk verticals (SSP/adtech, gaming, adult) with expansion into gambling, luxury brands, and IT services.
  • Team of 15 professionals, head office in St. Petersburg, representative office in Cyprus (Limassol).

Tasks

  • Active search and attraction of new B2B clients (merchants) in high risk segments (adtech, gaming, adult, gambling, luxury, IT services).
  • Conduct full negotiations with C level and financial directors of potential partners.
  • Present off ramp crypto processing solutions, argue benefits of cooperation.
  • Sign contracts and transfer signed clients to accounting department for further support (hunter model).
  • Expand into international markets with focus on major hubs (Cyprus, Dubai, Lisbon, Barcelona, USA).

Requirements

  • Successful B2B sales experience of 3+ years in crypto processing, payment systems, or fintech.
  • Fluent English (C1) for negotiations with foreign stakeholders (mandatory).
  • Deep understanding of high risk verticals (adtech, gaming, adult, gambling).
  • Willingness to work fully autonomously without lengthy onboarding and tight control.
  • Aggressive hunter mindset focused exclusively on cold sales and new client base.
  • Russian — C1/Native (mandatory), English — C1 (mandatory).
  • Bonus: existing client base among potential merchants.

Benefits

  • Fully remote work. Priority locations: Cyprus, Dubai, Lisbon, Barcelona, USA.
  • Fixed salary: $2,000/month (varies by location).
  • Bonus: 10% of margin from referred clients in the first year.
  • Lifetime symbolic percentage of client revenue after first year.
  • Potential OTE: $150,000 $300,000+ with 1 2 large clients per year.
  • Maximum client rate (marginality): up to €3,500.
  • Career trajectory: opportunity to scale influence into new verticals and geographies.
