Sales Manager - Corporate

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Drive corporate sales and achieve revenue targets

Develop new corporate business and key accounts

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Conduct sales calls, client visits, and site inspections

Negotiate corporate rates, contracts, and business opportunities

Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Work with Revenue Management to maximize occupancy and revenue

Represent the hotel at networking events and industry activities

Proven hotel sales experience, preferably at Sales Manager level

Strong knowledge of the GCC corporate market

Established corporate network is an advantage

Proven track record of meeting sales targets

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Excellent business development and account management skills

Proactive, commercially minded, and results-driven

Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
