Role Overview
The Sales Manager - Corporate will drive corporate revenue and the market presence of Staybridge Suites Doha Lusail.
The role focuses on business development, key corporate accounts, long-term partnerships, occupancy, and revenue growth.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Drive corporate sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Develop new corporate business and key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct sales calls, client visits, and site inspections.
- Negotiate corporate rates, contracts, and business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Work with Revenue Management to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Represent the hotel at networking events and industry activities.
What We Need
- Proven hotel sales experience is required; Sales Manager-level experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the GCC corporate market.
- An established corporate network is an advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent business development and account management skills.
- Proactive, commercially minded, and results-driven approach.
- Passion for hospitality and exceptional guest experiences.
