About the Role
ClinicSaver is hiring a full-cycle B2B sales manager to grow its network of clinics and medical suppliers across the UAE. You will prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close partnerships, selling the booking platform and supplies purchasing.

Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed agreement for clinics and suppliers
- Close 10 to 15 new clinic partnerships per month
- Pitch both sides of the platform in every meeting: patient bookings plus supplies purchasing
- Build and manage a pipeline of aesthetic, dental, dermatology, and general clinics across the UAE
- Sign medical and aesthetic suppliers onto ClinicSaver Supplies
- Attend in person meetings, demos, and industry events across the country
- Report pipeline and results directly to the CEO
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the UAE, ideally in healthcare, medical devices, pharma, aesthetics, or SaaS sold to clinics
- Existing network of clinic decision makers or medical suppliers is a strong advantage
- Proven track record of hitting or beating targets
- Perfect fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written
- Must be based in Dubai, with a valid UAE driving license and own vehicle for field visits across the UAE
- Hunter mentality, comfortable with high activity and full ownership of your numbers

- Every clinic signed gets two revenue engines: more patients through the app and better purchasing through Supplies.
About the Role
- This is a B2B role selling ClinicSaver's platform to clinic owners, managers, and medical suppliers, not selling treatments to patients.
- Full cycle sales manager to grow network of clinics and suppliers across the UAE. You will prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close, then hand over to onboarding.
- Should already know the UAE clinic landscape and ideally walk in with relationships.
