Role Overview
The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role leads sales activities and business development for parking management and valet services across the Kingdom.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature.
- Build relationships with malls, hotels, hospitals, commercial towers, event organizers, and government entities.
- Prepare commercial proposals, pricing models, and RFP/RFQ submissions.
- Negotiate contract terms, SLAs, and renewals with key accounts.
- Lead the sales team, set targets, and monitor revenue performance.
- Coordinate with operations and marketing and report pipeline, forecasts, and targets.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of sales experience with exposure to parking management and/or valet services.
