We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in the Business Setup / Company Formation industry to lead a high-performing team and drive revenue across company formation, licensing, visa services, and corporate solutions in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Consultants / Advisors
- Achieve sales targets for company formation, licensing, visas, and corporate services
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly goals
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and improve conversion rates
- Handle key client accounts and close high-value deals
- Maintain CRM, manage pipelines, and generate performance reports
- Coordinate with operations and compliance for smooth client onboarding
- Stay updated on UAE regulations and market trends
- Support hiring and training of new team members
- Build relationships with partners and stakeholders
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of sales leadership in Business Setup / Company Formation
- Proven track record of achieving targets
- Strong knowledge of UAE mainland, free zone, and offshore setups
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience with KPIs, incentives, and CRM systems
- Ability to perform in a target-driven environment
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- UAE driving license (advantage)
- Multilingual is a plus
- Salary: 10,000 to 15,000 plus other benefits
