Overview
- Generate international business opportunities across UAE, GCC, UK, US, Africa, and other markets
- Sell HRTech / SaaS products including ATS, AI recruitment tools, recruitment automation, AI calling/interviewing, and talent intelligence platforms
- Connect with CHROs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Recruitment Agencies, Founders, HR Directors, and enterprise buyers
- Handle end-to-end sales: lead generation, outreach, demos, proposals, negotiation, closure, and account management
- Work with leadership on GTM, pricing, partnerships, product feedback, and market positioning
- Build a strong international sales pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene
- Participate in virtual meetings, networking forums, HR communities, and industry events where relevant
