Role Objective
Lead business development and sales of integrated Building Technology solutions across Saudi Arabia.
The portfolio includes Extra-Low Voltage and Building Automation System solutions.
The role manages opportunities, relationships, proposals, negotiations, targets, and project handover support.
Sales and Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and sales targets.
- Identify opportunities with consultants, contractors, system integrators, developers, government entities, and enterprise clients.
- Promote integrated ELV and BAS solutions for commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, education, transportation, and government projects.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, consultants, and decision-makers.
- Monitor ELV market trends, competitor activity, customer requirements, and emerging technologies.
Proposals and Solution Coordination
- Review specifications, drawings, BOQs, and tender documents for technically compliant and commercially competitive proposals.
- Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and solution demonstrations.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, engineering, procurement, and project teams on customized solutions.
