A UAE-based Advertising company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to acquire real-estate agents, brokers, agencies and developers for lead-generation and performance-marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business for real-estate lead-generation and performance-marketing services
- Build and manage a sales pipeline
- Conduct client meetings
- Identify client needs
- Present campaign solutions
- Prepare proposals, Negotiate and close
- Maintain relationships and identify recurring opportunities.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of proven UAE sales/business-development experience
- Direct experience selling lead generation, performance marketing, digital advertising or similar services
- Strong existing network in the UAE real-estate market
- Proven full-cycle new-business capability
- Strong negotiation/closing skills
- Professional English and/or Arabic.
