Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to support outbound sales from Dubai and the UAE
- Generate revenue by qualifying and educating the travel trade market
- Perform regular sales calls and missions to agencies, airlines, tourism boards, corporates, and MICE planners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel trade partners in Dubai and the UAE
- Use SalesForce daily to track activities, enquiries, and reporting
- Support events, branding initiatives, and trade shows
- Liaise with clients, hoteliers, and industry partners to identify opportunities
- Conduct market research and stay informed on outbound travel trends
- Assist with sales schedules, costing sheets, and partner visits
- Coordinate webinars, sales meetings, and agent participation
- Prepare proactive weekly sales plans to drive outreach and engagement
- Organize educational visits in collaboration with airline partners
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing (or equivalent qualification)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in hotels/tourism within Dubai
- Familiarity with regional hospitality standards and tourism operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet KPI targets
- Established relationships with outbound travel partners (airlines, agencies, tourism boards)
- Proven track record in revenue generation and market growth
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Able to drive and owns a motor vehicle
