Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the showroom sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate the sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Manage inventory turnover and coordinate with Procurement and Marketing to support sales activities
- Prepare sales forecasts, KPI reports, and performance analysis for senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager
- Experience in new car dealerships or automotive showrooms is mandatory
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high performing sales teams
- Excellent knowledge of the Saudi automotive market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid driving license
- Available to join immediately or within a short notice period is preferred
