About the Role
A leading exhibitions and live events company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Sales Manager from the exhibition stands and build-up space. The role focuses on developing and securing large-scale exhibition stands, pavilions, and event projects with government and semi-government clients.

Responsibilities
- Develop and grow business with government and semi government clients across the UAE and GCC
- Identify, pitch, and secure large scale exhibition stands, national pavilions, and event solutions
- Manage end to end sales cycles including tenders, proposals, presentations, and negotiations
- Build strong long term relationships with key government stakeholders and decision makers
- Work closely with design, production, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of awarded projects
- Achieve revenue targets across public sector accounts and strategic projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Exhibition Management, or related field
- 5 7 years of sales experience in exhibitions, stand build up, pavilion construction, or related industries in the UAE/GCC
- Proven experience working with government or semi government clients (mandatory preference)
- Strong track record of winning large scale exhibition and event projects
- Solid understanding of exhibition stand design, fabrication, and delivery processes
- Strong proposal writing, tender management, and presentation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities

Key Responsibilities

- Solid understanding of exhibition stand design, fabrication, and delivery processes.
