Key Responsibilities
- Visit steel/cement plants, factories, and industrial clients regularly to build strong relationships with procurement, maintenance, and technical teams
- Understand client pain points, operational challenges, and requirements not just sell products, but position the company as a solution provider
- Convince clients to purchase from our company by highlighting industry knowledge, technical understanding, and value added solutions
- Identify opportunities where clients are facing issues (breakdowns, inefficiencies, high costs) and propose suitable equipment or alternatives
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
- Negotiate within the targeted pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms with clients
- Ensure correct product selection based on client application and requirement
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to client site or warehouse without delays
- Handle client complaints, technical concerns, and after sales support professionally
- Maintain strong long term relationships to secure repeat business
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing in the industries
- Submit daily/weekly reports on client visits, inquiries, orders, and business development activities
