Grand Hotel is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Manager, responsible for driving group room and banquet revenue within assigned Corporate and Association market segments.
The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel, resort, destination, or group sales and a strong ability to develop new business, manage existing accounts, and build lasting client relationships.
This individual should be comfortable selling a premium destination experience, articulating Grand Hotel’s distinctive value, and converting opportunities while supporting the hotel’s rate and revenue objectives.

Location & Travel This position is primarily remote, with travel to Mackinac Island approximately 5–7 times during Grand Hotel’s six-month operating season, or as business needs require.
Additional travel is expected for industry trade shows, sales missions, networking events, and client appointments approximately 3–5 times per year, or as business needs require.
