Role Objective
To generate new business, grow revenue, and build a strong customer base in freight forwarding, warehousing, and logistics services within UAE and GCC.

1. Business Development (MOST IMPORTANT)
- Actively prospect and acquire new clients (cold calling, visits, networking)
- Target importers, exporters, e-commerce, and trading companies
- Build a strong pipeline and maintain CRM tracking
2. Sales Execution
- Prepare quotations for:
- Sea freight (FCL / LCL)
- Air freight
- Land transport
- Warehousing & 3PL solutions
- Follow up aggressively to close deals
3. Client Relationship Management
- Conduct regular client visits
- Understand customer logistics needs and propose solutions
- Ensure smooth handover to Customer Service team after closing
4. Pricing & Commercial Strategy
- Coordinate with operations for competitive pricing
- Maintain profitability (not just volume)
- Monitor market rates and competitors
5. Market Intelligence
- Identify new opportunities in:
- E-commerce logistics
- Contract logistics
- Regional trade flows
- Report trends to management
