About the Role
CleanLife is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager for a service-based business.
The role values experience in facilities management, home services, retail, or multi-branch service operations.
The Sales Manager will lead B2B and B2C sales, build teams and partnerships, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B and B2C sales strategies.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed revenue targets.
- Expand services including home cleaning, pest control, moving, maintenance, home services, and integrated facilities management.
- Build relationships with corporate accounts and strategic partners.
- Lead negotiations, pricing, proposals, and contract closures.
- Coordinate with Operations and Marketing on service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify market opportunities using market analysis and competitor insights.
- Monitor performance through KPIs and CRM systems and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Eight to twelve years of sales experience, including at least three years in sales management.
- Proven success managing B2B and B2C sales channels.
- Strong experience selling operational or recurring services rather than products.
- Experience managing sales teams, pipelines, key accounts, and commercial performance.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A commercial mindset focused on identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales performance dashboards.
- Fluent Arabic is required; English proficiency is highly preferred.
