Role Overview
A valued client is seeking an experienced Sales & Logistics Coordinator to join its team in Dubai.
The role supports trade operations across contracts, documentation, shipping, banking, insurance, and records.
Job Responsibilities
- Create sales and purchase contracts for trades and communicate them to the relevant parties.
- Verify electronic and physical third-party trade documents for accuracy.
- Coordinate with subsidiaries and brokers on trade documentation and update master reports.
- Act as the operational point of contact for group trades and business units.
- Prepare trade documents for bank presentation and ensure timely receipt.
- Process documentation amendments and adjustments.
- Handle shipping processes and verify freight rates and invoices.
- Present trade documents to banks.
- Update relevant data in the ERP system.
- Apply for cargo insurance for shipments.
- Maintain order sheets for planned and shipped trades.
- File records of shipments, invoices, and contracts in electronic and physical formats.
Salary
- The salary is AED 7,500–10,000 per month.
Requirements
- Experience coordinating sales and logistics or related trade operations is expected.
