Role Overview
The role supports end-to-end order processing, customer service, and logistics operations in an FMCG and retail environment.
The position is based in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer purchase orders, order entry, invoicing, and order fulfilment.
- Coordinate deliveries with customers, drivers, warehouse teams, and third-party logistics providers.
- Monitor stock availability, allocation, FEFO, and short-expiry products.
- Follow up on deliveries, proof of delivery, pending orders, and operational issues.
- Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance, Suppliers, and Customers.
- Maintain ERP, CRM, and customer portal records and prepare operational reports and journey plans.
- Support process improvements and handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales support, customer service, order management, logistics, supply chain, or FMCG/retail.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Strong understanding of order processing, inventory, warehouse, and delivery operations.
- English communication skills are essential; Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience with Oracle, ERP, or CRM systems is an advantage.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,500 to AED 5,000 per month.
