Responsibilities
- Follow up with production on running and pending customer orders and monitor completion.
- Ensure completed orders are ready for dispatch according to delivery requirements.
- Prepare sales invoices and Delivery Orders for completed orders.
- Check finished goods for quantity, item, size, design, printing, and customer requirements before dispatch.
- Ensure correct items and quantities are loaded for delivery.
- Plan and coordinate daily deliveries based on ready orders and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with drivers regarding delivery schedules, locations, and customer details.
- Provide drivers with the required Tax Invoice and Delivery Order.
- Track deliveries and follow up with drivers until successful completion.
- Ensure signed and stamped Tax Invoices and Delivery Orders are collected and returned to the office.
- Report shortages, damage, wrong items, rejections, or delivery issues immediately.
- Maintain records of invoices, Delivery Orders, and delivery confirmations.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,500 to AED 1,800 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
Requirements
- Ability to independently plan and coordinate daily deliveries based on ready orders and delivery schedules.
