Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and walk in visits
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable properties
- Conduct property tours and explain features, pricing, and community amenities
- Negotiate lease and sales agreements in line with company policies
- Prepare and process leasing and sales documentation accurately
- Maintain an up to date database of available properties and client information
- Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into successful transactions
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and leasing targets
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients, landlords, and property owners
- Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure properties are ready for viewing and occupancy
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and property values
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant real estate regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, leasing, real estate, or customer service
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license (if required for the role)
