Duties And Responsibilities
- Achieving financial and property assigned targets.
- Generating and managing lists of properties for rent.
- Soliciting clients by promoting brokerage, networking, marketing, and offering real estate services to prospective clients.
- Providing information on legal guidelines, rates, specifications, market conditions, and property availability to clients.
- Partner with clients to rent properties within the identified target market.
- Drafting leasing contracts to be completed upon the closing of real estate transactions.
- Ensuring that all real estate transactions comply with applicable laws and regulations relating to the lease of properties.
- Create lists for real estate rental properties, with information about location, features, etc.
- Show properties to potential renters.
- Review leasing contracts to ensure terms are met.
- Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
Minimum Requirements
- **Local Hiring.**
- **3 years Proven Qatari Experience in brokerage companies (Sales/Leasing) commercial properties.**
- **Valid Qatari Driver’s License & car.**
- **Residency validity more than 6 months.**
- **Proficiency in English Language & MS Office Suite.**
- Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
