Role Description
- The Sales Lead is a full time, on site role based in the Riyadh Region, responsible for driving sales performance and leading the frontline sales team.
- This role oversees daily sales operations, sets targets, monitors results, and ensures consistent execution of sales strategies.
- The Sales Lead manages customer interactions, supports key accounts, and works closely with the team to provide excellent service and resolve issues promptly.
- Responsibilities include coaching and training sales staff, organizing product knowledge sessions, and promoting best practices in communication and customer engagement.
- The role also involves collaborating with management on sales planning, reporting on KPIs, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue and expand market presence.
Qualifications
