Role Description

  • The Sales Lead is a full time, on site role based in the Riyadh Region, responsible for driving sales performance and leading the frontline sales team.
  • This role oversees daily sales operations, sets targets, monitors results, and ensures consistent execution of sales strategies.
  • The Sales Lead manages customer interactions, supports key accounts, and works closely with the team to provide excellent service and resolve issues promptly.
  • Responsibilities include coaching and training sales staff, organizing product knowledge sessions, and promoting best practices in communication and customer engagement.
  • The role also involves collaborating with management on sales planning, reporting on KPIs, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue and expand market presence.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and deliver high quality support.
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, including meeting targets, managing pipelines, and leading sales teams.
  • Ability to conduct Training and coaching sessions for sales staff to improve performance and product knowledge.
  • Experience in retail, trading, or import/distribution environments is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a focus on teamwork, accountability, and results.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and suggest improvements.
  • Proficiency in basic office and CRM software; familiarity with sales tools and systems is a plus.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
