The company is seeking a Sales Lead to convert its growth ambition into customers, partnerships, revenue, and a strong team.
What you will lead
- Build and execute the sales strategy in Saudi Arabia and prioritize sectors and customers.
- Open new accounts and manage the sales cycle from initial outreach through contracting.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and present solutions with clear commercial value.
- Establish, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Develop partnerships that expand Wittify's reach and accelerate growth.
- Manage opportunities, targets, and revenue forecasts accurately through CRM.
What we are looking for
- Proven track record selling technology solutions to businesses in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience in SaaS, artificial intelligence, or customer experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated results in customer acquisition, deal closing, and revenue target achievement.
- Experience building, leading, and developing sales teams.
- Ability to manage deals and negotiate with decision-makers.
- Professional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
