Role Overview

  • We are looking for a dynamic and energetic professional for a hybrid role combining Sales Lead Generation and Account Management to support our growing business in the UAE region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and market research.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer and pipeline information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, demos, and customer follow ups.
  • Support sales campaigns, events, and customer engagement activities.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Act as a point of contact for existing customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on renewals, quotations, pending proposals, and ongoing opportunities.
  • Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth communication with customers.
  • Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Assist customers with basic product/service information and escalation coordination.
