About The Role
We are looking for a highly driven **Sales / Key Accounts Intern** to support on-ground activations and tenant engagement initiatives.
This is a **100% field-based role**, ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, understanding real-world challenges, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily on-ground visits across assigned buildings and commercial/residential properties
- Engage with tenants, business owners, and decision-makers to introduce Rentify’s offerings
- Capture customer interactions, feedback, and insights from the field
- Maintain a daily activity tracker/report of meetings, conversations, and outcomes
- Identify and document customer challenges, objections, and pain points related to rent payments
- Share structured market feedback reports to help improve product and sales strategy
- Support activation drives, campaigns, and on-site engagement initiatives
- Ensure consistent follow-ups and pipeline tracking of potential leads
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams (sales, operations, product, and marketing) to share insights and ensure smooth execution on-ground
