About the Role
CXM is seeking a Junior/Senior Account Executive in sales for the FX industry.
The role focuses on expanding the client base and building relationships with clients and Introducing Brokers.
The position is based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the FX industry.
- Manage prospective-client pipelines through the sales process.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and Introducing Brokers.
- Present CXM’s FX products and services to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and compliance teams on client onboarding.
- Track industry trends, market developments, and competitors.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is required.
- The description states 0–3+ years of FX-industry experience and says fresh graduates can apply.
- Strong knowledge of the FX market, trading platforms, and financial products is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Candidates must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is required.
