About the Opportunity

We are offering a high-potential sales opportunity in the field of IT and digital transformation solutions powered by Odoo ERP systems (www.odoo.com).

This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals, business consultants, or individuals with strong B2B networks who want to monetize their connections in the growing ERP and digital transformation market — without being involved in technical implementation.

All projects are fully supported and delivered by an experienced implementation team, allowing you to focus exclusively on client acquisition, relationship building, and deal closure.

Compensation Structure

  • Commission-based earnings
  • 5% to 10% commission per successfully closed deal
  • Commission percentage depends on deal size and project scope
  • No income cap — earnings scale with performance

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients in need of ERP or digital transformation solutions
  • Present Odoo-based business solutions to decision-makers
  • Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline
  • Coordinate with the implementation team for proposals and technical clarifications
  • Close deals and maintain client relationships
