About the Role
ReemCo is seeking a Sales Intern to support the sales team in Jeddah. The intern will assist with lead generation, proposals, client follow-ups, and administrative tasks while learning about facility management services.

Responsibilities
- Assist with lead generation and prepare proposals
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients

- Support basic administrative duties related to sales activities

Role Description
- Support the sales team by assisting with lead generation, preparing proposals, and following up with prospective and existing clients.
- Participate in client meetings, maintain accurate sales records, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Learn about ReemCo’s service portfolio, update sales materials, and support basic administrative duties related to sales activities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Customer service skills to respond to inquiries professionally and support client satisfaction.
- Foundational sales skills with an interest in developing sales techniques.
- Training related skills including willingness to learn and apply feedback.
- Basic sales management awareness including understanding pipelines and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a business, marketing, or related program is preferred.
