- Become an expert on program to drive business improvements, innovation, and scale within category
- Manage cross functional teams, communicating with internal and external stakeholders while meeting deadlines
- Lead UAE wide initiatives that materially impact growth
Requirements
- 7+ years of prior work in business development, sales, or sales engineering, preferably in technology, internet, and e commerce sectors
- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
- Experience successfully leading and developing a team of direct and indirect reports
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of sales team management experience
- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes and solutions
- Experience in e commerce
- Experience with data analysis (including advanced Excel and database analysis)

Description

Basic Qualifications
