Responsibilities
- Drive ERP sales and business growth across the UAE market
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers and key stakeholders
- Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, demos, and negotiations
- Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and RFP responses
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams for successful solution positioning
- Develop strategic sales plans for market expansion
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting reports in CRM
- Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences to generate business opportunities
- Handle key accounts and identify upsell/cross sell opportunities
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of total sales experience
- Minimum 5 years of UAE market experience mandatory
- Experience in Sage ERP is mandatory
- Experience in SAP and Oracle ERP will be an added advantage
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation and consulting services
- Experience in IT Software / Digital Transformation / SaaS sales preferred
- UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Own car is mandatory
- Strong network in UAE market preferred

The Role
- Experience Required: 5 to 10 years of total sales experience

- We are looking for an experienced and result oriented Sales Head with strong expertise in ERP solution sales across the UAE market.
- The ideal candidate should have proven experience in selling ERP solutions such as Sage, SAP, and Oracle ERP, along with strong business development, client acquisition, and account management capabilities.

Sales Target & Compensation
- Annual sales target will be minimum AED 2 Million
- Compensation structure includes Base Salary + Attractive Commission on achieving targets
- Performance based incentives and growth opportunities
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Sage ERP is mandatory
- Experience in SAP and Oracle ERP will be an added advantage
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation and consulting services
- Experience in IT Software / Digital Transformation / SaaS sales preferred
