- Build, mentor, and eventually manage a team of sales/counseling executives
- Partner closely with marketing on lead quality, conversion rates, and funnel optimization
- Bring market perspective — help us understand what's working (and what isn't) in EdTech sales and lead generation across the GCC
- Report on pipeline health, forecasts, and key sales metrics to leadership
Requirements

- Strong understanding of consultative/solution selling and CRM driven pipeline management
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu a plus
- Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast moving, early stage sales function

- We're expanding our presence in the UAE and building out our regional sales function.
The Role
- We're hiring a Sales Head to own revenue growth across the UAE/GCC region.
- This is a senior, hands on role: you'll build and lead the sales function, define our go to market approach for the region, and be a key voice in shaping how we acquire and convert students/customers.
