About Us

  • Gradexcel (Hello Teacher Academy) is an EdTech company offering personalized, one on one online tutoring for students preparing for IGCSE, IB, GCSE, and VCE curricula.
  • We're expanding our presence in the UAE and building out our regional sales function.

The Role

  • We're hiring a Sales Head to own revenue growth across the UAE/GCC region.
  • This is a senior, hands on role: you'll build and lead the sales function, define our go to market approach for the region, and be a key voice in shaping how we acquire and convert students/customers.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end to end sales pipeline for the region — from lead qualification to closed won.
  • Design and execute a regional sales strategy, including channel mix, pricing conversations, and outreach cadence.
  • Build, mentor, and eventually manage a team of sales/counseling executives.
  • Partner closely with marketing on lead quality, conversion rates, and funnel optimization.
  • Bring market perspective — help us understand what's working (and what isn't) in EdTech sales and lead generation across the GCC.
  • Report on pipeline health, forecasts, and key sales metrics to leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead capacity.
  • Experience in EdTech, ed services, or high consideration B2C sales strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record hitting/exceeding revenue targets in the UAE or wider GCC market.
  • Strong understanding of consultative/solution selling and CRM driven pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu a plus.
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast moving, early stage sales function.
